Would it be possible to make a cake in the 3D balloon like this?
I would like to make a cake in three dimensions for the air balloon festival my son's birthday this trade, as in the place of family fun http://jas.familyfun.go.com/arts-and-crafts?page=CraftDisplay&craftid=11993 I perhaps part of the basket could be the cake and could use a real ball to the ball game. Is it possible do you think? If so it would be too difficult? If you have any advice I would like to hear. Thanks!
His idea is very simple, really. If the lot is the whole cake basket you need to do is to use a box of cakes and square cakes to make two directions. Then go to bed. You can even dig the middle cake to make a real car if desired. Just use white ice and food coloring for different colors in the basket. You can freeze a base coat of pale yellow and then the rest a little dark and put it in a ziplock bag with one corner cut off – that will make an ice pack and can be piped to the basket. Then simply connect the balloon (inflated with helium to keep up) and voila!
